Your challenges

Your deliverables include:

  • Coordination of the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to candidate management and selection to onboarding for all Fintegral locations
  • Active research and targeting of experienced employees for all Fintegral locations using all recruiting channels (active sourcing). Cooperation with personnel consultants Design and publication of job advertisements on all relevant channels
  • Initial checking and pre-selection of incoming applications in close coordination with senior management
  • Active design of HR topics on the Fintegral website and social media
  • Coordination and active participation in university marketing, e.g. coordination of specialist lectures, preparation and follow-up of job fairs incl. own attendance, contact with university chairs
  • Close cooperation with our office management in personnel issues, e.g. regarding accounting, management of a digital personnel file, planning and year-end process
  • Support in the development and implementation of training activities in coordination with our COO and local office heads
  • Development and optimisation of HR processes

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration with a major in HR or comparable academic qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the consulting or financial services industry
  • Structured and independent approach and high self-motivation
  • Appropriate level, business fluent, in German and English - ideally bilingual
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge
